Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your artistic UIN footwear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn UIN shoes back in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and tags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange pair within 5-7 business days.
